Job Overview Human Resource Specialist – Join our Human Resources team to align resources and services that deliver customized HR solutions, improve performance management, and positively impact our clients’ business. Serve as a trusted HR business partner, collaborating with client management and key decision makers to build meaningful relationships and provide guidance. Responsibilities Manage a book of business and consistently contribute to clients’ overall success and growth. Collaborate with client management and key decision makers on alignment of HR business strategy and goals. Consult with client management and key decision makers on HR-related issues, suggest new HR strategies and provide HR guidance when appropriate. Evaluate and anticipate HR-related needs and strategize with client management and key decision makers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2–5 years of human resources experience. Human resources certification preferred.
