Life Insurance Specialist – Financial Protection & Planning Jim Rottkamp State Farm Agency, Darien, CT. Full‑time or Part‑time. Hybrid schedule after initial in‑office training. Responsibilities Generate new business through referrals, lead follow‑up, networking, and relationship‑building. Conduct comprehensive financial protection reviews to identify customer needs and goals. Recommend and sell life insurance products tailored to individual and family needs. Educate customers on coverage options, policy benefits, and long‑term protection strategies. Conduct regular policy reviews to identify additional opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and follow‑up process to achieve production goals. Collaborate with agency team members to support customer retention and agency growth. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of life insurance sales experience. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding production goals. Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial protection strategies. Experience conducting needs‑based sales conversations and policy reviews. Active Life & Health insurance license.
