Dental Patient Experience Coordinator – Advanced Dental Care of Austin (Full‑time) Overview Advanced Dental Care of Austin is a family‑owned practice in Northwest Austin that values trust, relationships, and exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who wants to go beyond a typical front‑desk role and play a key part in patient satisfaction and office efficiency. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, texts, and emails; provide empathetic, timely, and professional responses. Greet patients warmly and handle patient check‑in and check‑out processes. Convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments and schedule according to office templates and provider goals. Verify all pertinent patient information and record everything accurately. Complete assigned administrative follow‑up tasks on time. Communicate with team members to enhance patient experience. Demonstrate coachability and systems orientation. Qualifications Dental front office experience strongly preferred. Experience with Open Dental is a plus. Strong ownership mindset; takes initiative rather than waits to be told. Calm, organized, and reliable; can maintain composure during busy periods. Team‑oriented and coachable; thrives in a collaborative environment. Willingness to grow into scheduling, treatment coordination, or other leadership support roles over time. What We Offer Pay: $16–24 per hour based on experience, paid every two weeks.
