The CNC Machinist plays an essential role in the machining team, responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts. This independent role requires attention to detail and expertise in tool selection and production monitoring to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines according to specifications
• Select appropriate tools for machining tasks
• Document machine operations and production details
• Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in CNC machining
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read blueprints accurately
• Skill in precision measurement techniques
• Proficient in machine setup processes
• Knowledge of coolant and lubrication management
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
