Operations Manager - Sheet Metal ( Local 28 Experience required )

**Key Qualifications:**

- Industry Expertise: 5–7 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and commercial HVAC installation.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a mechanical contracting environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and architectural blueprints with advanced skill.
- Knowledgeable in Standards: Deep understanding of SMACNA guidelines and local building codes.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with shop automation software and project management tools.
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and impeccable time management skills.
