Could that be you? Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities and Purpose Organize and sustain staffing within the facility Understand staffing needs Able to identify hard to fill roles and take actions to fill Required Experience and Education Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification OR Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Works well under pressure and on deadline for a large facility Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Experience in a long-term care environment preferred Experience coordinating personnel schedules in long-term care preferred We offer competitive pay relative to experience.
