Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.-What You'll Do as an Apartment Property Manager:We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Property Manager who excels in leadership, operations, resident relations, with exceptional financial acumen. In this role, you will:Oversee daily operations for a 276-unit conventional communityLead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching, training, and performance managementReport key performance indexes, including, but not limited to, financial and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metricsManage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expensesInvestigate and help resolve resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations, treating all community issues with professionalismDrive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategiesConduct routine property inspections, including vacated units and community walk-throughsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and demonstrate strong organizational practicesUphold exceptional customer service and community standardsWhat We're Looking for in the Apartment Property Manager:Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience REQUIRED (including supervising onsite staff)Stable work historyStrong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilitiesProven sales, marketing, and customer service skillsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing conventional communities of 200+ unitsBilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationImportant: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.What Adara Offers You:Competitive payStrong bonus structureMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life InsuranceGenerous PTORental housing discountsA supportive, people-first cultureSalary Range: $60,000-$65,000/yearIf you're a seasoned, resident-centric Property Manager looking for a fast paced community and a company that recognizes your impact, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
