Through chef driven programs, thoughtful allergen management, scalable solutions, disciplined budget stewardship, and bold creativity, the Campus Executive Chef ensures every detail reflects both culinary artistry and operational excellence./ppAs a highly visible and hands on leader, you will build and nurture a strong culinary community of executive chefs, sous chefs, and culinarians. Success comes from developing people, cultivating trust, and creating an environment where accountability and collaboration thrive. This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks. Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns./ppISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $114900.00 - $130000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range./p/div
