Accounting Manager

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Manchester, NH looking to add an Accounting Manager to the team! This role will be focused in inventory, and job costing. Responsibilities Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business decisions Manage cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing cost analysis Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements Partner with operations to monitor production costs, improve profitability, and identify cost-saving opportunities Supervise accounting staff and support external audits, tax filings, and other financial reporting requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a similar role Advanced Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, macros) PowerBI knowledge a plus Compensation $120-140k/year plus bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
