Field Service Technician

Experience with field service, machine assembly, industrial maintenance, or machine operation. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering documentation. Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and common PC software. Strong troubleshooting, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills, including algebra, geometry, and business math. Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to travel approximately 40–50% of the time, including overnight travel throughout the U.S., with occasional international travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience servicing CNC machinery or industrial manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of CNC motion control systems, including servo motors, stepper motors, and PLC controls. Experience providing technical support by phone or remote connection. Previous customer-facing field service experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
