Summary Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice, must be able to sit in our Charleston, WV office. The Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation. WV Bar required. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises.
