Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses predominantly on children and adolescents, although services may extend to their families. You will work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral issues. This population requires specialized therapeutic strategies that are engaging and relatable to younger clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-R), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential in building rapport and creating a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward the personal experiences and challenges faced by clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
