Let's meet up and see if there's some chemistry here!Job DescriptionResponsible for coordinating all pre and post-install logistics of an exterior home remodeling projectRecruit crew members and subcontractors for the project management teamMaintain relationship with all members of the installation processWelcome clients to the home remodeling processSchedule clients, crew members, and vendors for install datesPrepare pre-installation inspection form for technicians or project managers; research and resolve delays in setting the inspectionVerify project expenses and forecastsOrder process material and equipment to sitesManage timeliness and accuracy of vendor deliveriesEnsure gross profit levels are maintained; alert Project Manager and HGE Team of discrepanciesEnsure accuracy of reported installer compensation, Navigation of Company's CRM system to ensure smooth coordination Critical thinking skillsAbility to problem solveRequirements1+ Years of Scheduling/Administrative experienceAbility to use latest technology and apps to streamline production processDriver's LicenseGreat organizational and communication skillsExperience PreferredExperience working with a network of subcontractors1+ years of exposure to Exterior Remodeling Services (Roofing, Gutters, Siding, Windows, Doors)Benefits & ScheduleFull time scheduleOpportunities for performance-based rewards, such as monetary bonuses and exclusive dinners/outingsCountless career advancement and growth opportunitiesDental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance within 30 daysCompensationPay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBase Salary + Bonus opportunitiesSchedule8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as needed
