Neuroscience Sales Specialist -(Naperville, IL ) Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive sales performance within an assigned territory, engaging healthcare professionals and mental health centers on psychiatric and neurological treatments. The role requires territory management, strategic planning, and compliance with company guidelines while supporting the CAPLYTA® product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance within assigned territory through in-person and virtual HCP engagement
- Develop and execute local strategic and tactical business plans aligned with regional objectives
- Build clinical product and disease state knowledge to conduct compliant discussions with healthcare professionals
- Manage territory budgets and expense reporting while optimizing resource allocation
- Maintain market awareness and communicate competitive and customer insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
- Strong patient-centric mindset and passion for improving patient outcomes
- High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
