We're Hiring: Customer Experience Team Member

Syracuse, NY | Full-Time Days | Customer Experience

What Youll Do:
As a Signature Service Team Member, youll be the go-to guide for homeowners after installation. Think of it as being the friendly voice, the steady hand, and the behind-the-scenes rockstar who keeps things running smoothly. Youll:

• Be the primary point of contact for post-installation support
• Manage communication via phone, text, email, and more
• Partner with sales and project managers to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Solve problems before they become problems
• Help create that Signature Service Experience we're known for

What Were Looking For:

• A master communicator (written and spoken)
• Cool under pressure and sharp with time management
• Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-obsessed
• Someone who thrives in a team-first, fast-paced environment
• Customer-service experience is a must (Salesforce experience = bonus points!)
• Must possess a valid Drivers License and maintain current, valid commercial/personal auto liability insurance meeting the companys minimum coverage requirements ($100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident). Continued employment in this role is contingent upon maintaining these credentials
  

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma required, 2-year degree preferred
• Strong background in customer service (high volume preferred)
• Experience in a sales environment = a plus!
