Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver holistic care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment plans promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
