This opportunity is ideal for a licensed therapist who is passionate about providing exceptional therapeutic services and creating a relaxing, personalized experience for clients.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and other modalities within your scope of practice.Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.Maintain accurate client treatment notes and records.Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared before and after each appointment.Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service.Maintain active state licensure and professional liability insurance.Comply with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations.QualificationsCurrent Florida Massage Therapist License in good standing.Minimum of one year of professional massage therapy experience in a luxury resort, club, or high-end spa environment preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.Professional appearance and demeanor.Independent Contractor RequirementsMaintain all required professional licenses and certifications.Carry professional liability insurance.Responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes associated with independent contractor status.
