In this pivotal role, you will ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities1. Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and align with organizational goals2. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery3. Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with deadlines and obligations4. Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claims5. Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems6. Support bid processes and contract renewals as neededWho You'll Work With1. Regularly report to the Director of OperationsQualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field2. 3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industries3.
