Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst - 14+ years exp

Location: Austin, TX (Remote)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• Experience gathering requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts.
• Experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
• Experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map data to legacy systems and third-party interface systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a large remote team.
• Ability to understand business objectives and problems and identify alternative solutions.
• Ability to perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Ability to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
• Ability to confer with personnel of organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and determine specific input and output requirements.
• Ability to write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Ability to review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of requested programs or program changes.
• Experience with documentation, hands-on testing, and supporting training efforts.
• Ability to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks with creativity and initiative.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with a public sector organization, including Federal, State, or Local Government.
• Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience working with the Scrum framework.
• Experience with STAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and problems and identify alternative solutions.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, procedures, and business problems.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts.
• Analyze current operational procedures and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Gather and document specific input and output requirements, including data input, data summarization, and reporting formats.
• Develop detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine whether requested programs or changes are feasible.
• Implement PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Map data to legacy systems and third-party interface systems.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Support training efforts.
• Perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with a large remote team.
• Perform other project-related tasks as needed.
• Work Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central, with some off-hours work as required by the project phase.
