Scrum Master

Role Description We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master or Project Manager who excels at leading Agile software teams and driving successful project delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while fostering a collaborative, high-performing Agile environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting background who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and helping teams deliver innovative software solutions—including projects leveraging modern AI technologies. Primary Responsibilities Lead Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to improve collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to define priorities, remove blockers, and ensure successful project execution. Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. Track team progress and communicate project status, milestones, and metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within delivery teams. Collaborate with technical leads and product stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution. Support teams delivering AI-enabled software solutions and help coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, and business teams. Drive effective communication across distributed teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role within software development. Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks. Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects. Exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-driven software initiatives. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver complex software projects successfully. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience identifying and removing delivery risks and impediments while keeping projects on track. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving software development environments. Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus. Other Information The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required. Position available immediately.
