Social Media Community Manager

Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un/a Especialista en Publicidad Digital apasionado/a por las redes sociales y el contenido creativo, capaz de diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas publicitarias en Meta y TikTok Ads, generando resultados medibles y un impacto positivo en la comunidad. Gestionar, configurar y analizar campañas publicitarias en Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y Google Ads. (super importante) Ejecutar estrategias en las redes sociales de la marca, optimizando el engagement y la visibilidad. Coordinar con el equipo de diseño la creación de gráficas y materiales necesarios para las campañas. Gestionar la comunidad, responder interacciones y fomentar la participación activa. Proponer contenidos creativos e innovadores alineados con tendencias actuales. Medir, reportar y presentar los resultados de las campañas digitales implementadas. Trabajar de manera colaborativa con el equipo de marketing y redes sociales para garantizar coherencia en la comunicación de la marca. Egresado/a de Marketing Digital, Ciencias de la Comunicación, Administración o carreras afines. Experiencia comprobada en gestión de redes sociales y social listening. Dominio avanzado de Meta Business, Google Ads y TikTok Ads (indispensable). Experiencia en copywriting creativo, preferiblemente en el sector deportivo o gaming. Capacidad analítica para interpretar métricas y proponer mejoras basadas en datos. Creatividad, proactividad y pasión por el contenido digital y las tendencias en redes sociales. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacifica Continental
