Your posts reach teachers in every one of those countries, and they are how classrooms find each other. Run the channels. You work with the Marketing Lead to bring our social strategy to life. Hands-on, mostly planning, writing and publishing . You build the monthly calendar, write copy that sounds like us, and keep close to the teachers who reply. Some days it's a campaign launch, some days it's cutting one good clip three different ways. Day to day Contribute ideas from trends and audience insights Publish and schedule posts from the content calendar Write and adapt copy in our voice, using AI to draft faster Monitor comments, messages and mentions Report engagement, reach and follower growth Coordinate visuals with content and design Experience running channels. We care far more about a channel you actually grew than the size of the brand you grew it for. What matters is a good ear for voice and that you bring ideas, not just posts. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead, with real ownership of the channels, quick feedback, and ideas that get tried , modern AI-forward tools, and room to grow.
