Front Office Coordinators are the ambassadors for OrthoRehab Physical Therapy and play an important role in creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
POSITION DETAILS:
Location: On site in Great Falls, MT
Schedule: Part-time (approx 8 hrs/wk)
Wage: $16-$18 DOE. Previous experience in a medical office, familiarity working with insurance processes and scheduling experience are considered when determining wage.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license & clean driving record
- Experience providing exceptional customer service. Must be comfortable and confident communicating in person, over the phone and through written communication.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficient in computer skills, ability to effectively manage multiple applications and screens.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
(taken into consideration when determining wage)
- Medical office experience.
- Familiarity with insurance processes.
- Scheduling experience.
As a part-time Front Office Coordinator in Great Falls, MT, you will be the first friendly face (or voice) our patients connect with and the person they rely on for answers and assistance as they navigate through their physical therapy experience. You are part of a caring team committed to providing the best possible care for our patients. To thrive in this role, you must consistently provide exceptional customer service and enjoy tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing requirements of insurance companies.
