Executive Pastry Chef - Lead Our Pastry Program

We're looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead dessert innovation at a high-volume, full-service casual dining concept in Dallas. You'll oversee pastry production, develop exciting menus, and mentor a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment where consistency and creativity both matter. What You'll Do
- Oversee all pastry production, inventory, and kitchen workflow
- Design and execute pastry menus that drive guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop pastry kitchen staff
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all desserts and baked goods
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on operational and creative decisions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years executive pastry chef or sous pastry chef experience
- Proven track record in high-volume restaurant or hospitality settings
- Strong leadership skills and passion for mentoring kitchen teams
- Advanced skills in plating, flavor development, and pastry techniques
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence
