Executive Pastry Chef - Lead Our Pastry Program

We're looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead dessert innovation at a high-volume, full-service casual dining concept in Dallas. You'll oversee pastry production, develop exciting menus, and mentor a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment where consistency and creativity both matter. What You'll Do

Oversee all pastry production, inventory, and kitchen workflow
Design and execute pastry menus that drive guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and develop pastry kitchen staff
Maintain consistent quality standards across all desserts and baked goods
Collaborate with culinary leadership on operational and creative decisions

What We're Looking For

5+ years executive pastry chef or sous pastry chef experience
Proven track record in high-volume restaurant or hospitality settings
Strong leadership skills and passion for mentoring kitchen teams
Advanced skills in plating, flavor development, and pastry techniques
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence
