Senior Interior Designer

A busy interior architecture firm in Boston’s Seaport is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys corporate interiors, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take greater ownership of projects while working closely with clients and project teams. The firm specializes in corporate interiors, workplace environments, tenant fit-outs, and existing building renovations throughout Greater Boston. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of design experience, technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to independently drive work forward within a collaborative studio environment. Responsibilities Lead and support corporate interiors and workplace projects through design and documentation Develop space plans, design concepts, presentations, and construction documents Produce and oversee project documentation using Revit Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, Project Managers, and internal design teams Manage multiple active projects and priorities simultaneously Provide design guidance and support to junior team members Review project documentation for design intent, accuracy, and consistency Participate in client meetings and communicate design solutions effectively Support projects through construction administration as needed Take ownership of assignments while maintaining project schedules and deadlines Qualifications 10+ years of professional interior design, interior architecture, or architectural design experience Strong proficiency in Revit AutoCAD experience Experience working across multiple phases of interior architecture projects Strong client-facing and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Collaborative, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to mentor and provide direction to less experienced designers Why Consider This Opportunity?
