Job Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
