Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a motivated attorney to join its Sacramento office. Duties Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the legal process. Evaluate cases, identify legal issues, and develop strategies. Review medical records and demand packages. Collaborate with case managers to ensure case progression. Negotiate with insurance companies to resolve cases. Ensure clients receive proper treatment and support. Engage in client intake and case evaluation. Requirements Recently passed the bar or early in legal career. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Interest in personal injury law. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree Certifications Licensed to practice law in California Skills Confident and personable communication, especially on the phone. Empathetic and able to connect with clients. Clear and persuasive communication. Quick-thinking and comfortable with real-time assessments. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
