Position Summary The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Primary Responsibilities Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately andon-timeto meet theclientneeds. Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests,proofs of insuranceetc. Endorse policy in EPIC Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member. Order loss runs Work Experience 0-2 years’ experience inCommercialProperty and Casualty Professional Licenses/Certifications Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame Essential Skills/Competencies Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting Able to learn coverage fundamentals. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Able to quickly find common ground and solve problems. Seeksto obtain industry information, new product information, coverage, and technology to continuously improveknowledgeperformance. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/orprocessto derive a solution. Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effective,timely, and efficient service delivery. Works to achieve statedobjectivesanddeliversresultsatthe close direction of a senior team member. Education HS Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands & Working Conditions Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day, andwalking and standingarerequiredoccasionally.
