Corporate Mid-Level Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in Atlanta, GA. The candidate will engage in transactional work, focusing on acquisitions and divestitures, and will have the opportunity to represent clients in a national corporate practice. Duties Participate in complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. Engage in due diligence and manage transaction closings. Draft and analyze legal documents with precision. Communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys. Second-chair complex transactions and interact directly with clients. Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience in transactional work. Strong analytical and drafting skills. Excellent organization and matter management abilities. Licensed and in good standing in the state of Georgia. Experience in securities is beneficial but not required. Excellent academic credentials. Education Excellent academic credentials. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
