Sales Executive - Metal Stamping & Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to grow our metal stamping and manufacturing business. This role is responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and working with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other industrial customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Review customer requirements, drawings, and specifications, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams on proposals.
• Prepare quotes and presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about market conditions and new business opportunities.
• Visit customers and represent the company at industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of successful sales experience in metal stamping or a related manufacturing industry required. Related experience may include metal fabrication, metal forming, tool and die, or precision machining.
• Experience selling to OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or other industrial accounts.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and customer specifications.
• Proven success developing new business and closing complex sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
