Assistant Treasurer, Director

We're partnering with a large public company on a high-impact treasury search. They are seeking a true #2 to the Treasurer. This is a strategic role for someone with depth in capital markets, debt/equity activity, financial modeling, capital allocation, M&A support, and executive-facing analysis.

Must-haves:

• 10+ years in treasury / corporate finance / capital markets / investment banking
• Debt/equity transaction experience
• Advanced modeling skills
• Bloomberg + strong Excel / PowerPoint
• Leadership, ownership, and strong executive presence

This is not a cash management role but is ideal for someone with a broader corporate finance and capital markets background who can operate independently and partner with senior leadership.
