What You Will Do

• Drive sales by engaging with potential clients and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their needs.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to support.
• Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and execution.
• Continuously gather market intelligence to inform product development and sales tactics.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
