What You Will Do
- Drive sales by engaging with potential clients and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their needs.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to support.
- Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and execution.
- Continuously gather market intelligence to inform product development and sales tactics.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
