About the Role As an SMB Account Executive at Scribe, you will close inbound new business opportunities across companies of all sizes and industries within the SMB segment. You’ll engage with qualified inbound leads, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help organizations understand how Scribe can improve the way they document and scale work. In this role, you’ll run product demos, answer customer questions, and guide prospects through the buying process using best‑in‑class sales and GTM tools. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment where activity, curiosity, and execution are highly valued. This is a foundational role on our sales team and one of the best places to build a successful career at Scribe. The SMB segment sees the highest volume of qualified leads and serves as a strong talent pipeline into our upmarket sales teams. Location Our HQ is in beautiful San Francisco, California. For this role, we expect you to live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week.
