Dream Finders Homes, a fast-growing national homebuilder, is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to drive sales in our communities. In this field-based role, you will welcome and qualify prospects, present floor plans and homesites, manage pricing and contracts, and guide buyers from first visit through closing. You’ll collaborate closely with construction, design, and mortgage partners to ensure an exceptional, on-time homebuying experience. Ideal candidates bring strong real estate or high-ticket sales experience, comfort with CRM tools, and a results-driven mindset aligned with our entrepreneurial, customer-focused culture.
