Survey Project Manager-PLS

Survey Project Manager – PLS Location: Lake Oswego, OR. Full‑time exempt. Responsibilities Coordinate with clients and client representatives on projects. Direct supervision of research, computation, fieldwork, and drafting. Reduce field data, perform non‑routine and complex analysis from verbal instructions and under minimal supervision. Troubleshoot problems with measurements and gathering of field evidence. Implement and maintain surveying standards. Advise and assist other users with processes and methods. Interface with Field and Office Leads on project‑related matters. Perform boundary research and resolutions under PLS review. Perform cost estimates and scopes for survey proposals. Qualifications College or technical program graduate. PLS License for 4+ years. Experience in business development. Experience working with clients. 6 or more years of office and field experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fast learner. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility and creativity in project approaches. Valid Washington Driver’s License.
