Director of Rehab - Contract Position

Make a significant contribution as an experienced Director of Rehab in a full-time contract with a skilled nursing facility in Taylor, MI. You will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and cultivate relationships with colleges of related professions. Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state license in the required discipline prior to first day.
• Previous Director of Rehab (DOR) experience in a skilled nursing facility setting required.
• Experience with PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model) required.
• SLP credential preferred.
• Experience supervising and recruiting therapy staff and developing clinical programs.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Onsite at a skilled nursing facility in Taylor, MI; candidate may be expected to coordinate coverage across units as needed.
