Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Gather detailed patient histories to inform treatment planning and approach.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to client requirements.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clinical best practices and directly address client challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and strategies to navigate relational dynamics and emotional difficulties.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and collaborative case consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in New Jersey.

• At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure, where you demonstrated effective case management and therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
