You’re learning the flow of the line, operating equipment under the guidance of experienced leads, keeping your area sharp and safe, and checking products so only top-quality items move forward. By week’s end, you’re contributing to daily targets and picking up new skills in training.

Your impact

• Take on supervisor-assigned tasks that keep the production process moving.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an orderly, clean work area to support safety and output.
• Follow safety rules and protocols at all times.
• Inspect products and communicate any defects right away.
• Team up with coworkers to achieve daily production goals.
• Join training sessions to expand your skills and knowledge.

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background in labor or production (e.g., assembly/line) is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical, repetitive work.
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
