Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and methodologies, enhancing our rehabilitation services.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient evaluations, including reviewing medical history and performing specific assessments to determine individualized rehabilitation plans.Communicate findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting rehabilitation goals.Implement treatment protocols that align with the assessed needs of patients, adapting strategies as necessary based on the evolving healthcare landscape.Consult with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care and document significant changes in patient conditions, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring precise documentation of patient progress, treatment encounters, and discharge evaluations to maintain comprehensive care continuity.Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to meet productivity targets while maintaining an accurate schedule and attending necessary meetings punctually.Participate in community outreach and marketing activities to promote the center's services while contributing to departmental goal achievement.Pursue continuous personal professional development and provide mentorship opportunities for students within the clinical environment.Promote a customer-centered experience by demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in addressing patient concerns and needs.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population who seek rehabilitation for a variety of conditions, including post-operative recovery, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and neurological disorders. Your role is essential in facilitating each patient's journey toward improved functionality and mobility, providing compassionate care and guidance throughout their rehabilitation process.QualificationsHold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a valid physical therapist license in the state of Virginia.American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and families, as well as collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred.Familiarity with relevant physical therapy techniques and methods, along with experience in managing challenging patient cases, is highly valued.Compensation and BenefitsThis Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
