Main Line Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our outpatient office located in Centreville, Virginia. In this full-time role, you will focus on empowering patients to restore their mobility and enhance their quality of life through tailored physical therapy interventions.

Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Centreville, Virginia, our outpatient clinic offers a welcoming and state-of-the-art environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth. The clinic operates onsite with a focus on creating a positive, patient-centered experience from the moment individuals walk through our doors. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their unique therapeutic goals and needs are effectively addressed.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to allow adequate time to build rapport and focus on each patient's specific rehabilitation needs.
• Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing from your experience and clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
• Employ cost-effective treatment strategies that enhance mobility and function, focusing on non-surgical and medication-free alternatives.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions, ensuring patients receive the most effective care available.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, emphasizing empowerment and self-management strategies.
• Engage in continuous patient monitoring and adjust treatment plans based on progress and outcomes, fostering an adaptive therapeutic approach.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, and clients seeking to enhance their physical function and mobility as part of a healthy lifestyle. You will be tasked with understanding each patient's unique needs and goals, tailoring your therapeutic interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, in good standing without any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skill in various manual therapy techniques and an ability to develop and implement effective exercise regimens that promote recovery.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care.
• Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy methodologies backed by current research, integrating best practices into patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated capability in handling a caseload of diverse patients with varying levels of physical ability.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
