Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Ortholand Therapy Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the patient's physical condition, utilizing both your clinical judgment and established assessment tools.
• Communicating evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they are included in the goal-setting process.
• Implementing individualized treatment protocols derived from assessment findings, adjusting your approach based on patient progress and changes in their health status.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when appropriate, ensuring holistic and well-rounded patient care.
• Timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and aiding continuity of care.

Qualifications
