Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, establishing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and administer therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Utilize tools such as gait analysis and strength testing to measure patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient treatments and outcomes with precision using electronic health record systems to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage with patients to educate them on their conditions, therapeutic processes, and exercises to ensure their active participation in recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred).

Compensation and Benefits
