Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Synchrony Rehabilitation Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine diagnosis and treatment needs.
• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Consulting and educating patients and their caregivers on self-management strategies and prevention techniques.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
