Willow Bridge Physical Therapy Services in Centreville, Virginia is actively searching for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. Our team currently consists of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Work Environment

Given our focus on home care, Physical Therapists at Willow Bridge operate primarily onsite, where they conduct assessments and deliver treatments. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine each patient's needs, goals, and progress.
• Manage a caseload of patients, with an emphasis on providing personalized one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities aimed at improving patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Deliver cost-effective care strategies that minimize reliance on medications and explore non-surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that outline exercise routines tailored to their specific conditions.
• Motivate and encourage patients, instilling a sense of empowerment and accountability for their health journeys.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Actively communicate with other healthcare providers to coordinate multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid Virginia state license as a Physical Therapist is essential.

• Proficiency in utilizing WebPT EMR software for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
