Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist in our outpatient office, you will operate in a professional, well-equipped facility designed to promote optimal healing and rehabilitation. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance with no weekend or evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and design individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Implement hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the utilization of specialized rehabilitation equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making ongoing adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure effective recovery pathways.
• Engage in one-on-one patient interactions, typically managing 1-2 patients per hour, to maximize therapeutic outcomes and provide focused care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to clinical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• An active Virginia Physical Therapy license is mandatory to practice in the state.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
