What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistant, you'll help increase brand awareness while delivering exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent client brands professionally at live promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns.
• Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and build positive relationships.
• Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and current marketing campaigns.
• Assist with planning and executing brand marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all customer interactions.
• Support event setup, displays, promotional materials, and campaign logistics.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals.
• Participate in paid training focused on brand marketing, communication, customer engagement, leadership development, and sales fundamentals.

• Availability to work on-site at scheduled events. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
