ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 25 years in the banking industry. When I was ready for a new challenge, I was inspired by another State Farm agent and saw an opportunity to continue helping people while building a business focused on relationships, service, and community involvement.

Giving back to the community is one of my favorite parts of agency ownership. We stay actively involved with local schools and youth-focused initiatives, and I am a member of both the Rotary Club and United Fund. Supporting local children and families is something we care deeply about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Cami Lucero - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
