Healthcare Coordinator - Salt Point

Health Care Coordinator Location: Salt Point, NY Salary: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour Shift available Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm. Responsibilities Provide direct care supports to 7 men aged 30‑80 with developmental disabilities in a residential home. Act as an assistant to the RN and Residence Manager: make doctor’s appointments, administer medication, track heath data, and more. Qualifications Current AMAP certification or ability to achieve AMAP certification within 3 months. Benefits Pay increase after 3 months. Career Ladder with Pay Increases: Earn $0.25, $0.50 and $1.00 more per hour. Upon completion of Greystone’s Behavior Technician course, eligible employees may sit for the National Certification Exam for the credential of Registered Behavior Technician and receive an additional pay increase.
