Responsibilities Build and nurture client relationships via in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering a digital‑first customer experience. Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs; obtain and process account information. Educate clients on deposit and loan products and recommend solutions aligned with their goals. Proactively outreach and follow up with clients, asking questions and learning their financial needs and channel preferences. Identify solutions for new and existing clients through effective engagement and communication. Maintain current knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings. Provide consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Collaborate with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Proactively educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products and services. Leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and maintain operational excellence and accuracy. Qualify for National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration; subject to background and credit checks and ongoing compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Typically a minimum of three to four years of job‑related retail banking experience or equivalent training. Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business‑level Mandarin and English. Preferred Skills and Experience Proven ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach and follow up. Effective engagement and communication with clients. Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies. Ability to identify and explore customers’ true needs with a digital‑first mindset. Basic proficiency in making appropriate recommendations to meet customer needs reactively and proactively. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
