Territory Sales Representative, Packaging & Industrial Supplies - Southern California

The Cary Company is seeking a motivated and personable Territory Sales Representative to grow our Southern California territory (Inland Empire region), focusing on our container, packaging, and filtration product lines . This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region. Warehouses supporting this territory are located in Jurupa Valley, CA , Livermore, CA , Grand Prairie, TX and Salt Lake City, UT .
Compensation
- Base Salary : $70,000–$90,000
- Additional Incentives : Performance-based bonuses for developing new business and expanding territory reach
- Total Potential Compensation : Over $135,000 annually after territory development

- Regularly engages in weekly sales calls to initiate and secure new business
- Provides a high level of support to all accounts and prospects in your area

- Excels in quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships

- Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating
- Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement
- Resides in Southern California
